For all our products, customers are entitled to a standard Carry-In-Maintenance warranty at our Bangalore Service Center. This would typically be a minimum of one year from the date of purchase and may vary in case of any contractual obligations. This service is available during business hours.
Customers have the flexibility to choose for onsite support for the products purchased from us. This would address our Mid & High range of products with committed uptime for the entire period

We undertake installation of our products on a individual / project basis. Our specialists would first understand the site, check the feasibility, and suggest modifications /additions where necessary, install & integrate the product.
