For all our products, customers are entitled to a standard Carry-In-Maintenance warranty at our Bangalore Service Center. This would typically be a minimum of one year from the date of purchase and may vary in case of any contractual obligations. This service is available during business hours.
Product Installation Services
We undertake installation of our products on a individual / project basis. Our specialists would first understand the site, check the feasibility and suggest modifications /additions where necessary, install & integrate the product. In case of a project, this would extend to providing documentation of the entire installation with a mutual sign-off.

This would typically commence with understanding the existing infrastructure, assess changes to be done, recommend modifications if required, deploy new equipment, make it operational, train personnel and sign off with a project report. Each phase would be clearly defined with time lines clearly drawn out and contingency plan in place
