Coverage

This warranty applies to MRO-TEK’s Range of Networking products ("LAVENDER,CORNUS,FABIO, FALCON & FALCON EYE") purchased from MRO-TEK LIMITED and is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in hardware/software or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is three (3) years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty period.

Warranty Services

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, MRO-TEK will, at its discretion, either:
- Repair the defective Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
- Exchange the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product that is functionally equivalent to the original Product.

Exclusions

Hardware warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or neglect of product
Burnt PCB caused by power surge
Unauthorized modifications or repairs or improper installation
Damage due to external causes such as act of God, fire, flood or other natural disasters
Consumable parts such as batteries, Power adapters, connecting cables, rack mounting accessories unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship while being shipped

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

MRO-TEK warranty policy on hardware is carry-in to the nearest designated service centers
Partner has to send the defective product to below co-ordinates to get it repaired

Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
Follow the instructions provided by customer support for returning the Product. (Partners/Customers need not send any of the accessories of product which are not essential for full functioning of the product)

Limitation of Liability

MRO-TEK’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product as described above. In no event shall MRO-TEK be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Product or arising out of any breach of this warranty.
